General Parking Rules

For most concerts, we can park up to 4 vehicles in Lot 978 (Rogers Arena Underground Lot).

For Hockey/Lacrosse, we CANNOT park in Lot 978 and need to park at the off-site lot (Lot 037, One Pacific).

The above "parking request form" ensure volunteers can continue to park free of charge.

Should all parking spots be filled, volunteers who filled out the form and is approved for parking can still be able to park but need to submit the reimbursement form to get reimbursed for their parking.

Parking Requests need to be submitted at least 24 hours prior to an event, and will not be considered if sent on the day of an event. Approvals for parking are typically sent within 24-48 hours prior to an event. As we have a limited number of parking spots, these spots are distributed on a first come, first served basis. If multiple requests are submitted at the same time, they will be distributed based on factors that include but are not limited to distance travelled, number of volunteers carried, availability of spots, date and time of request, and participation history.

Please note that parking is not automatically guaranteed just because a form was submitted.

Once your parking has been approved, an email will be sent to the volunteer with specific parking instructions.

It is the responsibility of the volunteer seeking parking to ensure that all necessary confirmations have been received prior to utilizing a parking spot.
