Dear Division 1307 member,
I write to you today to inform you that big and exciting changes are coming with regards to your leadership team at Division 1307, Rogers Arena Operations.
As you probably saw in your emails today, the position of divisional superintendent of our mighty division has become available. This is because, as you may have heard, I have applied for, and accepted a promotion within our organization. I will, as of March 1st, be your Area Admin Officer, and will no longer be the superintendent of Rogers Arena.
As a result, starting at the beginning of February, please be patient with your leadership team as they learn, adapt and get comfortable with their expanded duties.
Your new superintendent will be selected soon. I will do my best to get them ready to lead you into the new era of our division.
I will not change my phone number and welcome texts, but as I will soon not be in charge of our division., I ask that you please remember to email rogers.arena@sjabcy.ca if you need information or to inform your division of changes or needs. Our website is continually being improved, and should be your first stop for answering any questions.

Please continue to do your monthly trainings, and staying up to date with your division. Although your next superintendent will be chosen soon, you are always in good hands and your division needs you more than ever.
I hope that you will join me in supporting my successor, your leadership team, and your peers. We are still family, and you will still see me volunteering around the arena every so often. I, along with your leadership team, have poured our blood sweat and tears into making this division what it is today. I trust that you will continue to volunteer under your new leadership, which whom I will work closely with in my new role.
