First of all, thank you so much for your patience with uniforms.
As you know, we had placed an order March 1st which has not come in (we got bits and pieces, but not enough to do much with)
I have created a form for our division to request uniform.

The form is pretty straight forward but please reach out to rogers.arena@sjabcy.ca if you have any questions.
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL as it will go to everyone in the division.
Please complete 1 form per person (you may edit it immediately after filling it out, if a mistake is made)
I will place the order on September 1st 2023. The deadline to make it into this order is August 31st 2023.
If your form is not in by the deadline, your uniform order will not be placed at this time.
Please complete the order even if you have not yet volunteered, that way your uniform will have a better chance of being there for you sooner.
